The organizing team is committed to making the conference accessible for participants. The conference will be held in accessible buildings. Though it has to be mentioned that the city of Kraków itself is not fully accessible as many architectural barriers exist. Visitors with disabilities and our friends sometimes say the city is "difficult but doable". Having that in mind we are happy to support participants in organizing the stay in Krakow to be as comfortable and accessible as possible (including advice on accommodation, transportation, communication etc.) as well organizing individual support during the conference if needed (including providing materials in accessible format, basic assistance, organizing comfortable space for guide dogs, sing language interpretation etc.).
